The staff were nice, the breakfast was bountiful and delicious. The setting was marvellous, near to Bergerac, Lalinde, and several smalls towns, many Dordogne attractions and Dordogne❤🙂
My bed was quite hard, unfortunately.

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were really kind, location was ideal in the intimate restaurant. I appreciated the room, it was well-appointed and new-fashioned and had a private safe, a mini-bar and a sofa bed. Location: the property was near the fields, and local restaurants.
The hotel needed updating.

The fantastic service and the attention to detail! Really enjoyed the way my suite was arranged with comfortable bed. The management was very kind, as well as the staff. The location was beautiful and amazing, adjacent to the Michelin Star restaurant and easily accessible.
The staff were very grumpy, didn't expect that coming.

Greatly enjoyed my enjoyable stay which was four nights. The location offered was beautiful not far from Perigord, and local restaurants. It also was in the countryside from which you can drive to many Dordogne attractions.

La Métairie is a charming hotel in a lovely setting. We enjoyed the small, intimate feeling and welcoming hospitality. The food was fantastic.
I booked a twin room and in booking sought assurances that there were indeed two beds in the room. However when we arrived we were given a double room and told that as they were full there was nothing that could be done about it. It was disappointing and out of keeping with the rest of our stay that there was little by way of apology or offer of discount.

The hotel was delightful and welcoming, with a friendly and competent staff. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, featuring regional specialties. The location was picturesque and serene, perfect for exploring the beautiful Dordogne Valley. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, with lovely gardens and a great swimming pool.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The location of this hotel right by the venue's gastronomic restaurant as well as Bergerac, Lalinde, and several smalls towns was stunning. The room was large and come with a mini fridge bar, air conditioning and an individual safe.

It is in my view over priced. Dinner proved mediocre and yet very expensive. Of the dozen + places we stayed at on our holiday, this was the one I would not go back to.

I recently stayed at Hotel La Metairie for a peaceful getaway in the Dordogne Valley. The hotel's private house-like atmosphere with 11 rooms situated on 30,000 square meters of quiet land was exactly what I was looking for. The gardens and pool area were beautiful, and the staff at reception and in the restaurant were friendly. The interior decor throughout the public areas, including the dining room, was stunning. The room I stayed in was cute and pretty, and I especially loved the charming chairs and plates in the dining room. a beautiful and elegant country hotel with excellent service, delicious food, and a memorable experience.
I do recommend this hotel.

Located in the charming village of Mauzac, this hotel is really near to all the lovely villages to visit in the Dordogne. Our room was spacious and cozy, with a beautiful view of the pool and garden just outside the large windows. The staff was extremely attentive, making our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a range of options available. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the gardens.
The mattress was not very comfortable.
